I came in with no appointment to inquire about a few concerns, plus I had a screw in one of my tires. Adrian booked me in right away and eased my concerns. They also did a safety for me when I moved back to Windsor in 2025. They've done regular check-ins, via texts, for maintenance scheduling but never any pressure to book an appointment. I highly recommend.
