In California, YouTube creator picked up a 1970 Camaro Z28 with a long list of problems and set out to fix every one of them. Door gaps needed correcting, the wheel lips needed serious rework, and even the tires had come off a clearance rack. "I had to be GM again to do the car the way GM done it," he says of the process.

Under the hood, the Z28 runs a 383 kit engine paired with a six-speed transmission. The final touch was freehand striping, carefully matched to line up exactly where the black stripes sat on the original car, bringing it back to its racing red and black stripe glory.

The 90s Camaro gets dismissed as a decade of decline. The numbers say otherwise. From a Corvette-borrowed LT1 in '93 to LS1s quietly running Corvette LS6 blocks by the end, this generation kept getting stronger right up until production stopped. Swipe through for the details most people skip past.
