NOW HIRING – DIESEL SERVICE ADVISOR

Precision Diesel is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team in Wi******er, Ontario.

This is not an entry-level administrative position. We are seeking someone with a strong technical background in diesel, trucking, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, automotive repair, parts, or service operations who can confidently communicate with both customers and technicians.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Meet with customers and understand repair concerns
✅ Prepare estimates and work orders
✅ Coordinate shop workflow and scheduling
✅ Communicate repair recommendations and updates
✅ Work closely with technicians and parts suppliers
✅ Order parts and manage job progress
✅ Assist with invoicing and customer follow-up
✅ Help maximize shop efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in diesel, trucking, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, automotive repair, parts, or service advising
✔ Strong technical understanding of mechanical repairs and maintenance
✔ Ability to discuss repairs confidently with customers and technicians
✔ Excellent organization and communication skills
✔ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
✔ Experience with service writing, estimating, parts, or shop operations is a strong asset
