🍂 High season is winding down, school is starting again, and our hours are changing!

As things start to slow down a little here at Caribou RV Park and families get back into their school-year routines, Cork & Fork is moving to our late-season hours.

🕓 Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
❌ Closed for lunch

🍕 Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

The busiest part of summer may be behind us, but we’re definitely not done yet! And yes… pizza is looming just around the corner again, provided Steve keeps feeling better. 🤞🍕

Come by for pasta, European favourites, a cold drink, and a relaxing evening on the patio — and hopefully very soon, pizza again too!

The North’s favourite Oktoberfest is BACK! 🥨🍻

After selling out every single year since 2023, we’re getting ready for another three days of German beer, German food, music, fun and a whole lot of PROST!

🐾 Happy International Cat Day from Caribou RV Park & Cork&Fork! 🐾

Meet Jinx, our resident cat and officially appointed CRO — Chief Rodent Officer. 😸

Jinx takes his job very seriously… although his daily duties also seem to include patrolling the campground, supervising the patio from a safe distance, keeping an eye on the property, and accepting attention from guests whenever available.

If you’ve stayed with us or visited Cork&Fork, there’s a good chance you’ve already met him wandering around the campground or making his rounds around the patio.

With the start of the school year looming and the summer season beginning to slowly wind down, the Caribou RV Park store will have reduced hours starting Saturday, August 8:

9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.

The store will be closed daily from 12:00–1:00 p.m.

🌿 The Tessin – pesto for an Italian touch
🌶️ The Valais – paprika and Piment d’Espelette
🧀 The Romansh – a bold hint of blue cheese

But most of all, thank you to every single guest who joined us at the Cork & Fork to cheer, celebrate, laugh, and share the excitement. Whether you were supporting Spain, Argentina, or any of the other nations along the way, you created an atmosphere we’ll never forget.
