Highway 43 Towing is looking to add another operator to our Mayerthorpe crew.

We're open to applicants with a Class 5, Class 3, or Class 1 licence. Experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.

The job is a mix of:
✔️ Towing
✔️ Roadside assistance
✔️ Recoveries
✔️ Equipment hauling

This is a full-time, year-round position with an on-call rotation and scheduled days off.

Pay is commission-based, with hourly pay for non-commissionable work. Commission rates are based on experience and licensing.

We're looking for someone reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working independently.

We're also still hiring for our Whitecourt location, so applicants interested in either Mayerthorpe or Whitecourt are encouraged to apply.

Highway 43 Towing is looking to add a full-time tow truck operator to our team.

We run a mix of light and heavy calls in the Whitecourt and surrounding area. We’re looking for someone reliable who can work independently and take care of their equipment.

Class 3 with air brakes is required. Experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.

The role includes towing, boosts, tire changes, recoveries, and general upkeep of trucks and equipment.

This is a full-time, on-call position with scheduled days off and steady, year-round work.

Preference will be given to applicants living in or near Whitecourt.

Highway 43 Towing is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Tow Truck Operator in Whitecourt.

Position Details:

- Full-time, on-call position (with scheduled days off)
- Class 3 License with Air Brake (Q) Endorsement required
- Experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to roadside assistance calls (light & heavy-duty towing, tire changes, boosts, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers
- Complete routine maintenance, pre-trip inspections, and truck cleaning
- Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check
