Hi Bob,
Just wanted pass along a sincere thank you again for your kindness and helpfulness during my travels through Whitby the end of July. What seemed like a pretty big deal for a fella trying to ride his way back to the rock was handled with ease, professionalism, and was completed amazingly quick. Could you also pass along a huge thanks to Jimmy as well, unbelievably nice guy and super knowledgeable. I made it home without another issue and I also reconnected the overflow line and have been using the bike ever since and no issues at all so you can let Jim know that the quick disconnect was certainly the culprit for the minor issue. Again I can’t say enough about the service I received from Eagle Eye Customs and I’ve been wearing your shirt proudly and telling everyone I know about the great service I received and how nice you and all your staff were, I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you but, you should be very proud of the business you’ve established and the people that work for you. Nice to know when the big box dealership turns you away there are still good folks out there that are ready to step in and help.
