Cory made the news! 🤖📺

We’re excited to have CBC visit Columbia Auto Group to meet Cory, the newest (and definitely most unique) member of our team.

We’re currently piloting Cory as a humanoid robot service advisor and exploring how new technology like this can support our team, improve the customer experience, and help shape the future of automotive service.

Will robots replace great service advisors? Not around here. But can technology help our people work smarter, make things easier for our customers, and maybe have a little fun along the way? We think that’s worth exploring.

⚡ What a day for electric vehicles in Waterloo Region! ⚡

Yesterday, the Columbia Auto Group was proud to sponsor the Waterloo Region Electric Vehicle Association’s National Drive Electric Month event at The Boardwalk in Waterloo.

Nearly 70 electric vehicles — and the people who drive them every day — came together to showcase their cars, answer questions, and share what EV ownership is really like in Waterloo Region and beyond.

There was an incredible mix of Teslas, Fords, Hyundais, Kias and more — plus, of course, our very own Volkswagen ID. Buzz! 💙⚡ And we couldn’t have asked for better weather.

Events like this are a great opportunity for anyone curious about making the switch to electric to talk directly with EV owners and see just how many options are now on the road.

And as those vehicles become a bigger part of our community, we’re ready for them. As a NexDrive-certified facility, Columbia Auto Group has the training, equipment and expertise to service and maintain electric and hybrid vehicles — whether you already drive one or you’re considering an EV for your next vehicle.
