Today we celebrated an incredible milestone — Joe Staubitz’s retirement after 15 years with our team.

Joe has been much more than our shuttle driver over the years. Around the shop, he earned the nickname “Master of Trades” because there truly isn’t much he can’t fix. Whether it was opening up the shop early in the morning, making sure everything was tidy and ready for the day, lending a hand wherever needed, or tackling projects around the building, Joe was always someone we could count on.

As Joe heads into retirement, we know he’ll be keeping busy with projects around the house and enjoying more time with his grandkids and granddogs.

Joe, we appreciate you more than words can say. Thank you for everything you’ve done for our team over the last 15 years. Wishing you nothing but the very best in this next chapter — you leave behind some very big shoes to fill.

This week, we were proud to sponsor the Tinman Triathlon in Elmira!

Hosted by EDSS, the event brought together more than 100 high school students from across the region to run, swim, and bike their way through an incredible challenge — pushing personal limits, building confidence, and supporting one another along the way.

A big shoutout to our very own Mathew Gallagher, who volunteered his time to help ensure the event ran smoothly from start to finish.

We love supporting events that encourage teamwork, perseverance, and community spirit. Congratulations to all the athletes who took part!
