Meet Jade Dulle: A resilient soul on a mission to transform mental healthcare in Canada! Despite spending the first 2 years of her life in foster care and a predisposition to schizophrenia, Jade refused to let
her past define her future. After years of battling PTSD and navigating a broken system, she found her calling in social work. Now, she’s taking her passion on the
road, cycling across Canada to raise awareness, advocacy, and funds for mental health programs nationwide. Every pedal brings hope and every dollar goes directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
During this journey Jades Ride will conduct research on Canadians’ experiences with their provincial mental health systems, aiming to inform and improve these systems.
Funds donated to Jade’s Ride will go to
the Canadian Mental Health Association,
then the funds will be distributed to
mental health services in every province.
Looking ahead the intention is to create a mental health system that offers
trauma-informed, culturally competent, free, adequate, and accessible care for all. The purpose is clear: to improve mental health outcomes for Canadians.
Mental illness is a pervasive societal issue,
affecting US all personally and
interpersonally.
Join Jade’s journey and let’s pedal
towards a brighter, healthier future together!
