THURSDAY NIGHT GATE PRACTICE!

PLEASE Check in with Kyle prior to riding and or sign in at the Registration Table with the ridsrs First & Last name.

Practice night is on, and it’s the perfect time to get some laps in, work on those skills, and build confidence on the track.

A reminder that our Rider Development Program runs until 6:15pm, so open practice will begin after that.

Open Gate Practice starts @ 6:15

Volunteer Positions Needed:
Gate Operator(s)

Whether you’re brand new, working on race lines, or just coming out for some fun laps with friends, Thursday practice is a great night to be at the track.

A BIG shout‑out and thank you to Cutter Industries, located at 3740 Sooke Road, for donating some much‑needed fencing material. It’s local businesses like this that support our association and make upgrades and maintenance possible.

This material will be used to replace aging fencing boards and to install a new wooden fence along our 1st straight by the new bleachers.

‼️Extra Gate Practice Update‼️

The extra gate practice that was scheduled for tonight will not be taking place, as our core volunteer group will be unavailable while everyone prepares to head to Squamish for Sea to Sky Nationals this weekend.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

The track is still open for riding for anyone looking to get some track time in before the weekend, but please note that gates will not be running tonight. Practice will run as usual from 6-8pm tomorrow evening with Rider Development from 5:30-6:15pm.

Good luck to everyone heading to Squamish! Ride hard and have fun! 🏁

The sun’s out, which means.... buns out? 🌭

Tuesday Night Racing is on and we are ready for a great night at the track!

We still need volunteers to help make the night run smoothly:

🚨 Concession Volunteer Call Out! 🚨

We need a Snack Shack team for Tuesday night racing tomorrow!

At minimum, we need 2 volunteers:
🍔 1 person on the BBQ
🪟 1 person at the window

Ideally, we would love 3 volunteers, with the third person helping pass items to the window and hand out food as orders come off the grill.

In order to make sure everything is stocked and ready to go, we need to know if we have a team for tomorrow night.
