McGinn Auto is now registered and able to perform safety inspections on light duty vehicles, trailers and motorcycles for the new Drive On Program. Both for annual yellow stickers and regular safety inspections.

Don’t forget to get your trailer booked in for its annual safety inspection or just plain required maintenance. Trailers require constant maintenance of suspension, lights, tires, brakes and wheel bearings. I stock many parts and can order in almost anything in a day or two.

Don’t forget about your AC system, get it checked before it gets too hot!

I service all air conditioning systems and I only use what your vehicle manufacturer recommends. R134a and 1234YF refrigerants, anything else will damage expensive components of your vehicle HVAC system!

I installed my very first hybrid battery this week and it went well! Not a cheap job at $4300.00 for parts but the 2009 Camry has 390,000 kilometres on the original battery!
The battery consists of 68 7.5 volt batteries wired in series, that’s a lot of current.
