⛳️ KAL ROTARY CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC | PART 1 OF 3

Ashish’s new wedges finally arrived.

Unfortunately, so did reality.

After waiting for them to show up just in time for the tournament, he ended up staying behind to cover for the team while the rest of us headed to the course.

Meanwhile...

🏌️ New clubs are getting unboxed.
🚗 Darren has the vehicles looking showroom-ready.
🔧 Robbie is apparently “injured.”
🍗 Nobody remembered lunch.
🌧️ The weather forecast is doing weather forecast things.
⛳ And somehow we’re still trying to get Hole #5 ready before 104 golfers arrive.

This is the part nobody sees.

Before the Hole-In-One challenge.
Before the giveaways.
Before the snacks, drinks, merch, and prize draws.

Just a bunch of people trying to get out the door and support a great cause.

The best part?

A year ago at this very tournament, we met the team from the Kalamalka Starfish Society. That connection led to a campaign later in the year that raised an additional $7,800 for the Starfish Backpack Program.

Funny how one day on a golf course can turn into something much bigger.

Every week, our sales team awards a Presenter of the Week trophy for the best vehicle presentation.

This month, they broke tradition.

Because sometimes the biggest impact isn’t made in front of the camera.

It’s made before the customers arrive.

It’s the perfectly lined-up lot.�The vehicles that are fueled and ready to go.�The attention to detail that makes a dealership look its best.�The extra effort that nobody asks for, but everyone notices.

When someone consistently makes the entire team better, recognition has a way of finding them.

Some people lead when everything is going well.
Others lead when the pressure is on.

Over the past month, one member of our team stepped up in a big way. They kept things moving, supported their team, welcomed new talent, and helped strengthen the relationships that make our dealership better every day.

The biggest win wasn’t found on a report.

It was seeing departments work together, communicate better, and pull in the same direction.

That’s the kind of impact that changes a workplace.

For one lunch break only, he left his beloved Wendy’s behind to see if the new A&W Smash Burger could steal his heart. The verdict?

A storm took down the neighbourhood basketball hoop.
So Eric decided Vernon Nissan should do something about it. 🏀❤️

As a lifelong basketball fan, this one hit close to home for him.

Together with Silas, they loaded up the hoop from our March Madness campaign and brought it to a local neighborhood where kids had lost their place to play after the recent storms.

No big promotion.
No catch.
Just people helping people.

Seeing the reaction from the community reminded us that sometimes the smallest things can mean the most.
Here’s to more shots going up this summer. 🏀
