This month’s Employee of the Month is Alina Talkachova — or, as Matt put it, “pretty much the mom of the dealership.”

With everything changing and moving around here lately, Alina has simply adapted, taken on more, helped wherever she’s needed and somehow kept the rest of us organized along the way.

Our team has been working incredibly hard, so Matt decided this month’s staff lunch deserved a little upgrade.

Good food. A few laughs. New positions, birthdays, milestones — and a chance to remind everyone that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Happy Birthday to our GM, Matt! 🎉☕

Despite being evacuated from his home with his family and pets due to the wildfires, Matt has continued showing up every single day to lead the team here at Vernon Nissan. Even today, on his birthday, he was in a managers’ meeting making sure everything kept moving forward.

So, we started the meeting the Vernon Nissan way... with confetti cannons, coffee, and high fives! 🎊☕😄

Leadership isn’t just about the easy days—it’s about showing up when it matters most. Thanks for everything you do for our team, our customers, and our community.
