We walk many of our corporate clients through these three rules before we touch a leased vehicle.
Rule 1 — Read your lease contract before anything else.
Most agreements actually permit vinyl wraps. But some require written sign off from the dealership first. A five minute call before booking protects you from a very expensive conversation at lease return. Never skip this step.
Rule 2 — Premium vinyl film isn't optional on a leased vehicle.
Budget films use aggressive adhesives that bond too deeply over time. When removed, they pull leaving residue, staining, or clear coat damage that triggers penalty charges instantly. Premium film is engineered for clean, safe removal. The price gap between cheap and quality film is small. The gap at lease return is not.
Rule 3 — Professional removal is the only removal.
DIY removal on a leased vehicle is a gamble most people lose. Micro scratches, adhesive tears, clear coat lifting inspectors are trained to find exactly this. A certified shop removes it cleanly, reveals factory paint underneath, and hands you back a vehicle ready for return.
Done correctly, your team drives fully branded vehicles for the entire lease term and returns them without a single penalty.
