NTC Machine shop specializes in Harley-Davidson motorcycles from the 1930's to present models. With more than three decades of experience, state of the art tooling and a team dedicated to achieving perfection, NTC is the only one stop shop that offers a turn key service in Eastern Canada. We work hand in hand with Leo Harley-Davidson in order to offer our clients a range of services starting from

scheduled maintenance to full engine modifications with in house machining capabilities and dyno tuning on state of the art SuperFlow equipment. We also offer in house welding and fabrication to meet any and all of your needs. We are second to none in regards to engine management/EFI troubleshooting. Even with many years of experience, we are continually striving to learn and remain current with new technologies we also receive authorized factory training yearly. These are the skills that have brought us to the forefront of our industry.

Some highlights of our In & Around The NTC Shop This Week:

We saw a beautiful Fast Johnnie paint job. Fast Johnnie is the mascot from the 1920’s Harley Racing Team.

We delivered our big 181 foot pounds of torque monster. This bike has some unique features and add ons that we’ll show you more of this week.

The blue 1970 FL, that came up from Arizona this past winter, is officially road legal in Quebec now. Passing the mechanical safety inspection with flying colours.

We took our annual NTC team photo.

Finally, we saw a fuel pump assembly that needed some serious love after sitting with bad gas for too long.

Another 135CI LB Series Engine. This one we built strictly for torque. Dyno results are from preliminary tuning. The bike is now out for some break In mileage. It will be back in for a final power tune once break in is complete. We are convinced our customer will be really pleased.

This new-to-him Harley-Davidson Softail Deuce came into NTC for a full performance upgrade and a few other touches — and the results speak for themselves. 🔥
From the dyno pulls to the final walkaround, this one turned out mean, clean, and ready to rip. We’re confident the owner’s going to love it as much as we do.
