A faulty fuel injector, fuel pressure regulator, PCV valve, clogged catalytic converter, vacuum leak, overdue tune-up, or various engine control sensors could cause the engine to run rich.

Motor oil lubricates and cools your engine, therefore it is pretty important when it comes to the overall operation of your vehicle’s engine. Synthetic motor oil does not break down nearly as fast as conventional motor oil. So while you may be used to changing your oil every 3,000 miles or so with conventional oil, you’ll likely only need to replace your synthetic oil about once every 6,000-7,500 miles!
