I honestly don't know how to put it into words – I'm so happy I could cry.

In 2025, I finally received the "Toyota President's Club 2025" award. Looking back, this month is very special to me. It marks my 3rd anniversary with OpenRoad Toyota Richmond. From April 15, 2023 until now, I've delivered over 808 cars. Every single one was done with my own hard work, rain or shine, without cutting corners.

This year, I've also made it into the Toyota President's Club, and I'm truly honored to become a member of OpenRoad.

Most of all, I want to thank the company for giving me this opportunity, and a huge thank you to my coworkers. And my super loyal friends and customers, who always send me a lot of referrals. Without your help, encouragement, and support, I could never have done this. This award isn't just mine – it's ours.

I am very happy to have set a new personal monthly record in December 2025, with 46 vehicles delivered. This achievement also represents my second year in a row maintaining a TOP 3 position.🎊🎉💪
