We are looking for an energetic and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing automotive team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the tire and automotive industry who enjoys helping customers, providing solutions, and building lasting relationships.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will use your product knowledge and technical expertise to sell tires, wheels, and mechanical services while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create work orders, schedule appointments, and communicate service requirements to technicians.
-Provide tire, wheel, and mechanical service quotes and obtain customer authorization for repairs and services.
-Recommend products and services based on customer needs, including warranties and maintenance programs.
-Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
-Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
-Maintain showroom displays and promotional materials.
-Support company safety programs and complete required training.
-Operate customer and company vehicles safely and responsibly when required.
