As of 31/12/2023 Cornwall Mercedes-Benz is officially closed to service, parts & warranty.

We are no longer able to preform Warranty & Service work or order parts for Mercedes-Benz vehicles moving forward.

Obviously, after 60y, and 3 generations; servicing Cornwall, SD&G and upper NY State; rest assured this wasn’t ’our’ choice. I think we all know how this went down.

I would like to take the time to thank everyone over the decades for their trust and pride in buying/maintaining one of the worlds greatest automobiles with my Family over our tenure with Mercedes-Benz Canada.

I’m sorry that we couldn’t last longer, however that’s what happens when you are dictated to by your Franchise.

“It’s just business” as I’ve been ‘reassured’, to no reassurance to all of our customers and my 3rd Generation Family Business.

Unfortunately we have some less than ideal news to share today 😕

We have been informed that Mercedes-Benz Canada Inc has chosen to remove Cornwall Mercedes-Benz / Fairview Garage Ltd. as a sales point for New & Pre-Owned vehicles moving forward.

We have happily served SD&G and the surrounding area since 1964 and look forward to continuing to do so as a Mercedes-Benz Service Centre. Only vehicle sales are affected and there is no change to our Service, Parts & Warranty operations.

*For our valued customers that had vehicles on-order, or deposits in place for future vehicles; we will be contacting you directly in the days ahead.
