NOTE: For cancelling a road test appointment made by Blackwater Driving School, we require a 72 hours notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give Blackwater Driving School sufficient notice may result in the student having to pay a $25.00 Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC. There will be no refund for driving lessons that have taken place. Prepaid lessons that have not been used will be refunded; previous lessons will be calculated at regular rate. Lessons are based on 1 student in the car, you may have 1 friend or family member in the car during your lesson. We will gladly book your road test appointment for you, free of charge. We may require advance payment for lessons and road test. The Blackwater Driving School vehicle can be rented for the road test, but we reserve the right to deny use of the vehicle if we feel that you are not ready for the road test. We reserve the right for price adjustment at any given time; notice will be given to existing customers. Donelly Clement is a Licensed Instructor through ICBC.
