It is with a shattered heart and immense sorrow that I’m posting the passing of my father yesterday at 11:08am. My dear father took his last breath. Pai-there is no more pain, no more suffering meu amor, my role model, my friend I will miss you more than can I put into words. I thank you for the lessons, the conversations and the time spent. You sacrificed so much to bring our small family to Canada to give us chance at a better life. My dear father LOVED life - loved his family dearly, always ready and willing to help at a moments notice. I don’t want to be selfish as many didn’t get as much time with their fathers as I did, but it was too soon. I will see you standing by me at every corner of the shop in my dreams and in my thoughts.
PAI - you are in a better place now with Tio walking in fields in your beloved ALENTEJO.
