Well this one is SOLD! My clients are now able to move forward with their plans and they are happy!
In this tumultuous condo market, it takes a seasoned professional to get things sold. The media has filled us with doom and gloom about the Toronto condo numbers being significantly down in price and volume, as 20,000 units came onto the market, seemingly all at once, placing downward pressure on prices and making it difficult for sellers to get traction.
What makes your unit stand out? What is your target market and how do you reach it? Are there special preparations needed to do so? Have you analyze the statistics, financing challenges and logistics? What are your goals in selling? How do you deal with paralyzed buyers? What about the financial health of the condo corporation? Are you able to act dynamically in a fluid situation as this? Be aware, this is no longer a “cookie cutter” type sale.
