ONTARIO CLASS A LICENCE CHANGE — JANUARY 1, 2027
Planning to get your Class A (AZ) licence in Ontario?
Starting January 1, 2027, Class A applicants must have held a full Class G licence for at least 6 months within the previous 12 months before taking the Class A road test.
⚠️ This means you will no longer be able to get your full G licence and immediately proceed to the Class A road test.
