Sometimes, it's good to notice problems before they become bigger issues! Here we have a tire valve that is beginning to crack and eventually leak. I know this because the tire on the other side already went flat because of the same issue and damaged the tire because she drove on it. Luckily, I checked the others and found another one starting to go!

Sometimes an exhaust leak (noisy muffler) can be fixed by finding the spot that leaks.... Notice the soot markings between the flanges and the space between. The gasket have deteriorated to the point of no return. New gaskets and hardware was all it needed as the original piping will last another ten years easy! Don't let mechanics tell you a new pipe is needed. It will either be very expensive for a good quality one or it will still expensive for a cheap quality one that will last only a few years!
