bolt in vanos cover and valve cover install on E90 M3. This upgrade replaces the brittle plastic Vanos covers that can shatter and clog oil pump pickups. This service requires special S65 timing tools and a special cam bolt torque procedure that id not foreign to us at RMP. Contact us for any M car maintaince or upgrades.

Clean E46 M3 in for a comprehensive upgrade - Subframe Reinforcement, Powerflex subframe + diff bushings, and ST Coilover install. With no cracks to repair, we focused on welding in a set of reinforcement plates, carefully priming, painting, and rust-protecting them. This final "BIG 3" modification guarantees this BMW M3's peak performance and durability.

BMW B46 oil filter housing failure. We are replacing it with a Upgraded aluminum housing with OE gaskets. We also replace the brittle plastic water outlet with aluminum. This specific car also had a leaking waterpump we replaced with a OE unit.
Replacing the plastic oil filter housing on a BMW B46/48 or even B58 engines with an aluminum version is a highly recommended preventative maintenance step to avoid catastrophic engine failure. The stock polycarbonate housing is a well-documented weak point.

Sweet e92 M3 in for connecting rod bearings! Came all the way from Montreal for the RMP Motors upgrade rod bearing service. Had significant wear at 77k. We installed extra clearance bearings and bolts.
This is a necessary preventive service that should be done on the S65 motor.

Connecting rod bearing replacement on S55 powered, F83 M4 . Showing significant wear. Replaced with KING GPC coated bearings and ARP rod bolts. Replaced before upgrading turbos to make some reliable power!

Another G05 BMW X5 40i , B58 powered with a failed oil pump. The new version is metal instead of plastic , so will not have to worry about it cracking in cold weather. This is happening so often we recommend it a preventative repair. This failure could end up with a completely failed engine, if left too long. This fault affects early b58 (3.0L turbo) powered cars and suvs.

2019 X5 40i with B58 engine in for failed oil pump replacement . Lucky customer shut it down when she got a low oil psi warning. The B58 pumps up to 2021 had a plastic component that fails in cold weather. We replaced the pump with the latest BMW version.
