Our office will be closed for the remainder of the day due to the storm. If you have an appointment tomorrow, please DO NOT drop your vehicle off overnight. Your vehicle will get blocked in by the snow plow and we'll be unable to work on it.

Good rule of thumb: don't leave your vehicle in ANY business' parking lot during a snow storm.

**With winter in full swing, we want to remind everyone that it's more difficult for us to accommodate vehicles being left in our parking lot overnight.**

If you must drop off your vehicle while we're closed, please call and inform us so we can plan for it. Otherwise, your vehicle may interfere with overnight snow clearing, or even get trapped behind a mound of snow. And please, whenever possible, come pick up your vehicle the same day it's ready.

We will do our best to be accommodating, we just need to know which vehicles are being left and when so we can plan accordingly.

Fortier Automotive is looking for a new member to join our team!

The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, making appointments, greeting customers, accepting payments, creating invoices, shipping/receiving, and other tasks as needed. We need someone with excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

***This is not your typical clerical role! There will be some heavy lifting, you will get your hands dirty, and you will break a few nails.***

This is a full-time position starting January 5, 2026. The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with a 1-hour lunch. Benefits are negotiable after a 90-day probationary period.

French-speaking is an asset but not required. You must have a full G driver's license and a clean driving record as you will need to move vehicles.

Starting pay for the Office Assistant is $20/hour with opportunities for bonuses and raises for good performance. There will also be opportunities to take on more management tasks as you gain experience, potentially leading to an Office Manager role in the future.
