UniglassPlus Timmins is seeking a motivated and reliable WINDSHIELD TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

RESPONSIBILITIES
✅️Assist technicians with windshield repair and replacement services
✅️Prepare vehicle and work areas before installations.
✅️Clean and organize tools, equipment and workspaces.
✅️Help move and position vehicles as required.
✅️Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
✅️Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅️Follow company procedures and all safety protocols
✅️Assist with general shop duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
✅️Valid driver’s license preferred
✅️Ability to lift and carry automotive glass safely
✅️Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✅️Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅️Reliable, punctual, and able to work
independently. Along with willing to learn.
✅️Automotive experience is an asset but not required, training will be provided.
✅️Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting
