Timmins Kenworth is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping coordinate repairs, communicate service recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role also includes assisting with manufacturer warranty administration and claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage repair orders from start to finish
✔ Communicate with customers regarding repairs and estimates
✔ Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel
✔ Review repair documentation and invoices
✔ Assist with warranty claims and submissions
✔ Support daily service department operations

Qualifications:
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills
🔹 Customer service experience preferred
🔹 Heavy-duty truck, automotive, or related industry experience is an asset
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

To better support our team and ensure we continue delivering the quality service you expect, Timmins Kenworth will be operating under temporary modified hours effective April 6th, 2026.

We’re taking this step to focus on strengthening our operations and making sure every customer gets the time, attention, and expertise they deserve. 💪

New Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
