A big milestone for the Foss Group of Companies! 🎉

After months of collaboration, planning, creativity and a lot of hard work, August 18 marked the official launch of our new “New Hire Orientation” Program! 🚀

We wanted to create more than an onboarding session. We wanted to build an experience that gives every new employee a true sense of who we are, what we stand for, and what it means to be part of the Foss family from day one.

Our new comprehensive orientation introduces employees to the Foss Group of Companies, our history, our culture, our values, our benefits and vacation programs, the tools and resources available to them — and, most importantly, the people who make our organization what it is.
