This one was a fun project!

Dan from Environmental 360 Solutions was looking for a set of wheels for their Prince Rupert division. If you know Environmental 360 Solutions, you know all of their vehicles are the exact same signature yellow.

Since Ford didn’t offer the Maverick in yellow, Dimitri coordinated with Norm’s Auto Refinishing to make it happen.

The result? One sharp-looking Maverick that fits right into the Environmental 360 Solutions fleet. We think it turned out amazing!

At Terrace Totem Ford, we believe great customer experiences start with great people. That's why we're looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team that truly feels like family. If you're passionate about customer service and want to work for a locally owned dealership that invests in its employees and its community, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for scheduling appointments, dispatching vehicles to the technicians to be serviced, and keeping customers up to date on the progress of repairs/diagnosing.
• Provide accurate estimates of repairs.
• Code work orders for proper billing.
• Explain charges and completed work to customers.
• Process Warranty claims

The successful candidate must possess excellent computer and organizational skills. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment. A valid, full driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract is required. Previous experience is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent with Benefits
Salary: Earn up to $80,000 per year with bonuses
Schedule: 8 Hour Shift, Monday through Friday; occasional weekends may be required
License: Class 5 Driver's License
