Did you know this is what it takes to get to the carburetor on a crf450r? You have to rip off the seat, fuel tank, fairings, and frame extension, because why make things easy, right? Thanks a million, Honda engineers. But seriously, this is how a simple task turns into a major project, but hey, this baby's up and running, ready to kick some butt once again.

This unit had a ginormous crack on the bottom of the black water tank, because of course it did, causing a septic leak underneath. Ordered up a shiny new tank, glued the entry grommets in and installed it. Now this family can finally enjoy this gorgeous spot without worrying about p**p water. It's a crappy job, but hey, someone's gotta do it.

This wildcat 1000 came in with some timing issues. Engine was just rebuilt but would only run one on cylinder. After checking the timing it was determined that the front cylinder was timed 180° out so it was on intake stroke when it should have been on compression stroke. Pulled the valve cover and timed the cam so it was in the proper orientation and unit is good to go! Just waiting on a starter and this unit will be back on the trails once again!

This unit came in for a general look over and found it needed all 4 wheel bearing and rear stab links. This is a perfect example of how wheel bearings fail. All 4 fell apart as it was disassembled. Unit left with a new lease on life ready to explore the mountain range once again!!

This unit came in for multiple issues, it would not rev up, had a fuel leak, recoil broken, and a bunch of other things. After a new shifter, a good tune up, and some good old fashioned elbow grease, this thing left running tip top and spinning all 6 tires like a big boss should!!

First customer in the shuswap leaving happy today.
Honda 25hp outboard came in with a hard start and misfire issue. Tore the carbs down and found rust and debris clogging the emulation tube and needle and seat on all 3 carbs. Did a deep clean and balance on the carbs and now she fires with a flick of the key now ready just in time for fishing in this beautiful weather!

Came in for a slight knocking noise. Turns out it was piston slap. After boaring the block we found all port side cylinders were tapered. Had the block dynaflexed and found all 3 port cylinders were cracked. A quick sleeve change and it was assembly time. 175hp boarded 40 thou over after build it is rocking a cool 220hp. Nickname named "The torque monster"
