Shop Labourer – Boat Assembly

Bratt Jet | Sylvan Lake, Alberta

Are you a hardworking, hands-on individual who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a team? Bratt Jet is looking for a reliable and adaptable Shop Labourer to join our team in the boat assembly area!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and helping out wherever needed in a busy shop environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

● General shop cleanup and organizing
● Painting floorboards
● Sealing floorboards
● Carpeting the sides of boats
● Assisting rigging technicians as needed
● Cleaning boats and preparing them for delivery
● General yard cleanup and maintenance
● Helping with various shop duties and repetitive tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

● Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
● Adaptable and willing to help in different areas throughout the shop
● Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
● Quick learner with a willingness to learn new skills
● Some mechanical knowledge and experience using hand and power tools
● Comfortable performing repetitive duties while maintaining quality workmanship
● Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation to and from work

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Employee benefits available after 90 days of employment.
