The 2026 General Coach Fenwick 38FRT is a Canadian-made park model designed to bring the space and comfort of a seasonal cottage to your favourite property.

At 38' long and 12' wide, this Fenwick provides 454 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space with room for up to six.
Step inside and you'll find a spacious front living area and a residential-style centre kitchen equipped with a 17 cu. ft. refrigerator, gas range with oven, over-the-range microwave, real wood cabinetry and a double stainless steel sink.

There's a rear primary bedroom with a queen bed, a separate bunk room for additional sleeping space, and a full bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination, porcelain toilet, vanity and medicine cabinet.

Underneath it all is a heavy-duty steel chassis with double axles and a detachable hitch, while a 40,000 BTU forced-air LP furnace provides heating for those cooler days at the cottage.
