We’re clearing some space around the yard, which means VEHICLE AUCTION DAY IS HERE! 🔨🚗

We’ll have a variety of vehicles going up for live bidding, and this is your chance to come take a look before auction day!

👀 INSPECTION
August 27 & 28 th - Thursday & Friday
⏰ 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm
📍 Low Cost Towing Yard (2082 north railway street west)

Come inspect the vehicles you’re interested in before bidding. Check in at the office, Vehicles may be inspected, started, NO dismantling, or removing parts is permitted. No photographs are permitted inside the compound.

Registration opens Thursday and closes 30 minutes before the auction starts.

• Payment is due the day of purchase

• Bill of sale will be issued once payment is received

🚗 IMPORTANT VEHICLE INFORMATION

All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

There are NO warranties or guarantees regarding:
• Whether a vehicle starts or runs
• Whether a vehicle drives
• Mechanical condition
• Whether a vehicle is plateable/registerable

The auctioneer will announce which vehicles have keys.

Some vehicles may be subject to reserve pricing. Minimum bidding increments will be announced by the auctioneer.

🚨 VEHICLE REMOVAL

The winning bidder is responsible for arranging and paying for the removal/transport of their vehicle.

Vehicles must be removed from the compound within 5 business days beginning Monday following the auction.

Need a tow? We can arrange transportation from our yard for an additional towing charge, which must be arranged and paid for through our office after the auction.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If your vehicle is not removed within the 5-business-day deadline, the sale will be considered nullified and the vehicle may be placed back up for auction. Funds paid will be retained as a deposit and will not be refunded.

There are NO REFUNDS and NO DISCOUNTS.

📋 ELIGIBILITY

Previous owners of impounded/abandoned vehicles that were not collected are not eligible to participate in the auction.

By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to these terms.

To all that have had their vehicles impounded or you were the driver of a vehicle that was impounded over the last few weeks and for all future impounded vehicles.

1. The vehicle was impounded because a law was broken and the RCMP or Highway Traffic Enforcement or other Law Enforcement Agency called us to tow the vehicle under the SGI Impoundment Program. We are only the tow company that is holding your vehicle.

2. As the Owner of an impounded vehicle it is your responsibility to contact our office for any information regarding your vehicle, if the driver is not the owner of the vehicle we cannot give any information without you calling us first.

3. If you are not the owner you are not allowed access without the owners permission. No exceptions!

4. You need to provide photo identification or 2 pieces of identification when at our office to access or pick up your impounded vehicle.

5. We charge a yard access fee to anyone that needs access to their vehicle while impounded.

6. We will not tolerate any type of verbal or physical abuse to any of our staff at anytime at all. The Police will be called and you will be charged!!

7. We do not set the release dates for impounded vehicles, all rates and dates are regulated by SGI Impound Department

8. Our office and compound are open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Closed all weekends and holidays. No exceptions, if outside these designated hours you will not have a cess to your vehicle or be given any detailed information.

9. We only accept Cash or Etransfer for impound fees, no exceptions.

10. For any questions about the impound program, release dates or general inquiries please contact the SGI Impound Department directly, their phone number is on the back of the police paperwork that was given to the driver of the vehicle at the time of impound.

ITEM FOUND!!!!

Thank you to everyone for keeping an eye out, was returned to us this afternoon, sorry to the gentleman that almost ran it over, our apologies.

A part was lost off of one of tow trucks last night in the city, if anyone has seen it or picked it up please let us know, it is part of our wheel lift to tow vehicles and without it our truck can’t be used. Please call 306-773-5422 if you have seen it or know of its whereabouts

As you can see, Santa is having a few issues and needing our help this evening so we will only be available for emergency services, if your vehicle needs to be towed to a repair facility we hope you understand that it will be completed after Christmas so our operators may enjoy Christmas with their families. We apologize for any delays in responding to your calls.

If you are travelling be aware of the road conditions, rain this morning, then temperatures dropped, wind picked up, Mother Nature is not happy. She is literally pushing semis into the ditches. If you do not have the Highway app please download it and check before you leave.
