Finished in this absolutely stunning cherry red, this GT500 is one of the most serious Mustangs to ever leave the Ford factory.

Under the hood sits Ford’s supercharged 5.2L “Predator” V8 producing an incredible 760 horsepower and 625 lb-ft of torque, paired with a lightning-fast 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The S550 GT500 represented a massive step forward for the Shelby name, combining traditional American V8 power with advanced suspension, aerodynamics, braking and chassis technology that allowed it to perform far beyond just straight-line speed.

🔧 Service performed:
Precision 4-wheel alignment

With this level of power and performance, proper alignment is especially important for maintaining predictable handling, steering response, stability and even tire wear.

Getting the alignment dialed in means this Shelby can put that 760 horsepower to the pavement the way it was designed to.

This beautiful 1960 Ford Thunderbird, finished in classic Ford blue, came into the shop for a complete steering and suspension inspection.

On a vehicle that’s been on the road for more than six decades, the steering and suspension deserve a close look. Bushings, ball joints, tie rods, steering components, wheel bearings, shocks, mounting points and other related components can all develop wear over time, even on a well-kept classic.

🔧 Service Performed:
• Steering system inspection
• Front and rear suspension inspection
• Inspection for looseness, wear and damaged components
• Steering linkage and joint inspection
• Visual check of suspension bushings and mounting points
• Overall evaluation of the vehicle’s steering and suspension condition

Keeping these systems in good condition is especially important on a classic like this Thunderbird. Proper steering and suspension operation helps maintain predictable handling, stability, tire wear and that smooth cruising feel these cars were built for.

At Dale’s Auto Service, we work on everything from modern daily drivers to classics and specialty vehicles. Older vehicles require a different approach, with careful inspection and an understanding of the components and designs used during their era.

2020 Cadillac Escalade Luxury in the shop for an exhaust upgrade.

We installed a CORSA Dual Sport Cat-Back Exhaust system designed for the 6.2L V8, giving this Escalade a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note while keeping the clean fit and refined finish you want on a luxury SUV.

CORSA’s straight-through performance design improves exhaust flow while their RSC® technology helps control unwanted cabin drone, so you get the V8 sound when you’re on the throttle without turning every highway drive into a rolling headache, because apparently luxury and noise can coexist after all.

A proper upgrade for the 6.2L Escalade. More sound, more character, and a much stronger presence out back.

Make sure to watch until the end of the video for the sound test.

1997 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado – Full Drivetrain & Maintenance Service

This Land Cruiser Prado came into Dale’s Auto Service for a full maintenance service, with several of the major drivetrain fluids due for replacement along with parking brake repairs.

Services performed:

✅ L**e, oil & filter service
✅ Front differential fluid service
✅ Rear differential fluid service
✅ Automatic transmission fluid & filter service
✅ Transfer case fluid exchange
✅ Power steering fluid flush
✅ E-brake replacement

Keeping up with these services is especially important on a 4WD platform like the Prado. The transmission, transfer case and both differentials all rely on clean fluid for proper lubrication and protection, while fresh power steering fluid helps reduce wear within the steering system. With the parking brake replaced as well, this Toyota left with a solid round of preventative maintenance completed.

This old-school Nova SS came through the shop for a combination of repairs, maintenance, and a few important modifications to straighten out some of its mechanical setup.

We started with the fuel system, replacing the fuel line and modifying the routing to give it a cleaner, more secure path away from areas where heat, vibration, or contact could become an issue. With the fuel delivery sorted, a fresh set of spark plugs was installed to keep ignition performance where it should be.

The rear differential also received a complete fluid service, replacing the old gear oil with fresh fluid to help protect the gears and bearings inside the differential.

Attention then turned to the starting system. The starter solenoid was relocated to improve its placement and accessibility, and the starter motor itself was replaced to restore dependable cranking.

A good mix of maintenance and corrective work on a 1995 Nova SS that deserves to be kept on the road, not parked somewhere collecting dust like half the classics humanity swore it would “restore one day.”

🔧 Fuel line replaced, rerouted & modified
⚡ New spark plugs
⚙️ Differential fluid service
🔌 Starter solenoid relocation
🔩 Starter motor replacement

Another classic sorted out and ready for more miles.

2018 Volkswagen Golf brought in by HPA Motorsports for a precision 4-wheel alignment setup.

With a performance-focused car like this, alignment is about more than simply getting everything “in the green.” We carefully measured and adjusted the suspension geometry to make sure the Golf was properly set up for predictable handling, stability, and even tire wear.

A proper 4-wheel alignment helps ensure the car tracks straight, responds consistently to steering input, and makes the most of the suspension setup underneath it.

Another HPA Motorsports build dialed in and ready to hit the road. 🔧

This 1998 BMW E36 came into Dale’s Auto Service for front suspension repairs and a complete alignment setup. After inspection, new lower control arms were installed to replace the worn components and restore proper front suspension operation.

Services Performed:
🔧 Installed new lower control arms
📐 Precision 4-wheel alignment
✅ Steering and suspension geometry checked and adjusted

Why This Matters:
Lower control arms are a major part of the front suspension, helping control wheel movement and maintain proper alignment angles. When the bushings or joints begin to wear, it can cause loose steering, uneven tire wear, poor handling, and difficulty keeping the vehicle properly aligned. After replacing suspension components like control arms, a full alignment is important to ensure everything is sitting where it should be.

Why Choose Dale’s Auto Service:
From classic BMWs to modern performance vehicles, our team takes the time to properly inspect, repair, and align each vehicle based on its individual suspension setup. A proper alignment isn’t just about making the steering wheel straight. It’s about getting the suspension geometry correct so the vehicle drives, handles, and wears its tires properly.

You don’t tame a horse with force, but with trust.
The same idea applies to setting up a classic Mustang.

Two red Mustangs, two very different generations, both in for proper wheel alignment setups:

-1991 Ford Mustang 5.0L
-1965 Ford Mustang
-Full wheel alignment setup
-Steering and suspension angles checked
-Toe, camber, and caster adjusted where applicable
-Final setup tailored to how each car is actually driven

A good alignment isn’t about forcing the numbers into a box. On older and modified cars, it’s about understanding the chassis, suspension, tire setup, and what the driver expects from the car.

Just like taming a horse, you don’t get the best result by fighting it. You work with it, understand what it needs, and build trust through the setup.

That’s especially important on classics like these. A proper alignment can improve steering feel, straight-line stability, tire wear, cornering confidence, and the overall way the car behaves on the road.

At Dale’s Auto Service, alignments are one of our specialties, from vintage vehicles and muscle cars to lowered builds, performance cars, and modern luxury vehicles.

This 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser came into Dale’s Auto Service for routine maintenance with a full synthetic l**e, oil & filter service.

These Land Cruisers earned their reputation for durability the old-fashioned way: being massively overbuilt and refusing to die. Keeping up with regular oil services is a big part of making sure that reputation continues.

🟢 Full synthetic engine oil replacement
🟢 New engine oil filter
🟢 Lubrication service where applicable
🟢 Fluid level and underhood inspection
🟢 General visual inspection for leaks or developing concerns

Fresh full synthetic oil helps maintain proper lubrication, reduces internal engine wear, improves protection during cold starts, and helps keep the engine cleaner over the long haul. On a vehicle built for serious mileage like the Land Cruiser, consistent maintenance matters.

Whether it’s routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, alignments, or keeping an older Toyota dependable, Dale’s Auto Service has you covered.
