A couple of posts ago, we talked about how the towing and recovery community works together to better serve our customers. This past week gave us a few great examples of exactly that.

Late last week, I headed to Cambridge Narrows, NB, to pick up the fishing barge we had delivered over in April. On the way home, Nick from Nick’s Towing called looking for help with a damaged vehicle at a residence. We were flat out, so I suggested he call Rick. Rick stepped up, picked up the vehicle, and brought it back to Midnight Towing’s compound where Nick was able to pick it up later that evening.

Fast forward to today. Craig from CAPS Towing called about one of his customers who was stranded in Fredericton and trying to get back to PEI. Craig had his hands full, so Midnight Towing headed out and got the job done.

Then later in the day, one of our longtime customers called needing assistance in Western PEI. Since we were tied up, I called Craig, and CAPS Towing took care of the customer right away.

This is how the industry should work. We may all have different names on the doors of our trucks, but at the end of the day we’re all working toward the same goal—helping people when they need it most.

Working together benefits every one of our businesses, but more importantly, it gives our customers peace of mind knowing that when they call, someone is going to answer and someone is going to help.

⛵️ Another one for the books at Midnight Towing 💪

Earlier this week we got a call to relocate a sailboat and trailer. The customer told us several other towing companies wouldn’t even entertain the idea… but one call to Midnight Towing and he quickly realized his plans were about to become reality. 👊

This afternoon the crew got the job done and delivered the boat safely to its new home in Pictou, NS. We even caught the 3 PM ferry at 3:01 😂 — sorry if we held anyone up loading!

At Midnight Towing we don’t shy away from the jobs others turn down. From cars and trucks to boats, buildings, equipment and more — if it can be moved, we’ll find a way.

Pleasure doing business

Just wanted to send a huge shout out to Midnight towing! Our dump truck was having some fuel issues and with a quick phone call Tanner had a truck dispatched quick and professionally! Truck was safely delivered to the shop in record time! Thanks again midnight towing prime example of small businesses working together!
