We always try to take care of the customer.

They broke down and in the evening we went and diagnosed the truck. The next morning we picked up the part and installed it. By 9am the truck was back on the road.

This was left inside an envelope with the cheque for the repair.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. But in this case there should be no light in the tunnel. This truck had an intermittent issue with failed regens and would run rough.

Traced back to EGR and removed to inspect and found it was leaking on the front side. Visually it would go unnoticed but thoroughly inspected and found the issue. This unit requires the EGR.

Diagnostics has become the most important part of the repair.

Sometimes failures are an act of nature. This little guy was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Customer called and said heard a loud noise then found the belt and some parts on the ground. We could see the failure but started to look for the cause and then we see it. The tail of a squirrel. Unfortunately we don’t carry the life saving tools for squirrels.

Just a reminder if you have vehicles that sit for an extended period of time to do a quick walk around or even open the hood.

Warmer days and cooler nights have these guys looking for shelter.

If it’s strange and unexplained we will find it.

This beautiful Lexus deserves better. We were asked to look at the brakes and found multiple issues. Cheap parts and poor installation caused this vehicle needing some GOT WRENCHED love. We do brakes right, and use the better parts and don’t cut corners on the install.

We use pads that have a galvanized back that resists corrosion and lasts much longer. Calipers are serviced correctly and rotors built to last.

The discount shops don’t look to bring value. They look to sell underperforming parts and cut corners on the install.

Your high end vehicle deserves better.

Proper tooling, proper procedures make the difference.

This customer called us with a problem. The shop this was originally sent to said they couldn’t fix this without a $3500 repair. Then it would have to be taken to the dealer to program. They advised don’t fix it. We went out and found the EBCM had failed and was taking down the CAN network. The truck would now not start with loss communication with various modules.

We discovered the problem with EBCM and was able to get the truck running. We replaced the EBCM and found corrosion was the culprit.

We programmed the module and all codes cleared and unit runs just fine.

The shop tells you it can’t be fixed. You can call us.
The shops can call us too. We will provide you options or even come on site and program for you.

ABS is a safety feature that shouldn’t be ignored.
