Dylan has been a valued member of our team for the past five years. He began his career in the wash bay, where he quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. His dedication led to a promotion to the Parts Department, where he excelled in his role and played an important part in training and mentoring new staff members. Eager to continue developing his skills, Dylan expressed an interest in working in the garage. Over the past year, he has successfully transitioned into a technician role, where he continues to demonstrate exceptional drive, determination, and a willingness to learn.
