Looking for a Fundraiser for Your Group? 🎡🙌
Volunteer together at the Norfolk County Fair, and earn money for your organization!

We’re looking for community groups, sports teams, service clubs, schools and non-profit organizations to help us deliver the 2026 Fair.

Groups can earn a financial contribution while volunteering together in areas such as:

🚗 Parking
🎟️ Admission Gates
💰 50/50 Sales
♻️ Waste Management
🙌 Other Fair support roles

We provide the training and work with your group to find shifts that fit your availability.

It’s a great way to fundraise, volunteer together and support one of Norfolk County’s biggest community traditions.

Their dedication, resilience, and passion help put food on our tables, care for our land, and strengthen our communities every day.

Whether you've been coming for generations or you're planning your very first visit, there's something special waiting for everyone at the Norfolk County Fair.

Last night's sudden storm tore through the Paris Fairgrounds just 15 minutes before opening, leaving many vendors with damaged tents, merchandise and products, while rides and games also took serious damage.

Behind every booth, game and ride are small business owners and operators who show up year after year to make this fair happen.

So, if you’re nearby this weekend, please come out and show your support.

Grab a bite. Play a game. Pick up a small gift. Buy some ride coupons. Say hello to a vendor.

Want to be part of making the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show happen? We’re looking for volunteers, and there are so many ways to get involved!

Join us for an informal volunteer drop-in session to learn about available opportunities, ask questions, meet the team, and find out how you can lend a hand during Fair week.

Whether you’re an individual, group, team, club or organization, there’s a place for you! 🙌

💰 Looking to fundraise? Groups can also volunteer at the Fair as a fundraising opportunity, a great way to support your organization while helping bring the Fair to life!
