Out of province check on a 1935 5 window Ford coupe. This car is cleaner and detailed, than most vehicles we work on. Immaculate undercarriage. A lot of detail went into this restoration

Did you know that...
Raising the wipers when parking your car in the winter does not preserve them, and they will not be easier to peel off your windshield when it's cold outside.
Over time, the pressure of the wipers on the windshield may not be the same, which could lead to visibility problems, especially in the winter when driving in snowy conditions.
In addition, the wipers can drop back suddenly and cause the windshield to crack when it's freezing.

Do you know what to do when your vehicle slips on black ice?

The most important thing to remember is to remain calm and not make radical moves. But did you know that there are different techniques to stabilize your vehicle? :

If your front wheels slip on black ice: don't press the brake pedal hard; gently release the gas pedal and keep your steering wheel straight. Once the car is stable, gradually press on the gas pedal.

If the rear wheels slip and the car goes sideways: Correct the steering wheel while keeping light pressure on the accelerator pedal. Once the vehicle is stabilized, accelerate gradually.
