🚗Winter Is Coming — DON’T WAIT FOR THE FIRST SNOW! ❄️

While it is still beautiful & warm outside now, we all know winter sneaks up on us! October is the perfect time to get your vehicle ready for winter.

🛞 Check your tires — tread depth and tire pressure matter
🔋 Test your battery — cold weather can expose a weak battery
🧊 Check your coolant/antifreeze — protect your engine from freezing
💡 Inspect your lights — shorter days mean more driving in the dark
🧹 Replace worn wiper blades — clear visibility is essential
🚙 Book your winter inspection — catch small problems before they become big ones

Winter doesn’t wait… and neither should you!

🎃👻 SCARY CAR PROBLEMS YOU SHOULDN’T IGNORE! 👻🎃

Some things are better left to Halloween… like ghosts, goblins, and haunted houses. 🕷️

But these 5 scary car problems? Don’t ignore them! 🚗⚠️

👻 Grinding Brakes — That noise could mean your brake pads are worn out.

💀 Check Engine Light — It might be something minor… or something that gets expensive if ignored.

🩸 Fluid Leaks — Strange puddles under your vehicle are never a good sign.

🎃 Flickering Lights — Could point to a battery, alternator, or electrical issue.

😱 Strange Vibrations — Shaking while driving or braking deserves attention.

Don’t let a small problem turn into a real-life automotive nightmare! 😈

🛞 TIRE TREAD TUESDAY! 🛞

How’s your tread looking? 👀

Good tire tread means better traction and control—especially when the roads get wet, slippery, or icy. Don’t wait until winter weather arrives to find out your tires are worn out.

✅ Check your tread depth
✅ Look for uneven wear
✅ Check your tire pressure
✅ Inspect for cracks, bulges, or damage

Your tires are the only thing connecting your vehicle to the road. Make sure they’re ready for the season!

📍 Stop by Total Choice Automotives and let us check them out.

🍂 AUTUMN IS HERE — IS YOUR VEHICLE READY?

As the temperatures start to drop and the days get shorter, your vehicle needs a little seasonal TLC too! 🚗🍁

Before the cold weather arrives, take a few minutes to make sure your vehicle is ready:

🔋 Check your battery — Cooler temperatures can put extra strain on an aging battery.
🛞 Inspect your tires — Check tread depth and tire pressure as temperatures change.
💡 Check your lights — With shorter days, you’ll be relying on them more often.
🧊 Top up your fluids — Especially coolant and windshield washer fluid.
🛑 Check your brakes — Make sure they’re ready for wet, cold and eventually icy roads.
🌡️ Test your heater & defroster — You don’t want to find out they’re not working on the first freezing morning!

🍁 A little preparation now can help keep you safe, comfortable, and on the road all season long.

🚗🔋 DID YOU KNOW? A DEAD BATTERY MAY NOT BE THE SAME BATTERY AFTER A DEEP DISCHARGE!

Leaving your lights on, accessories running, or your vehicle sitting for too long can completely drain your battery. Even one deep discharge can cause internal damage, reduce its ability to hold a charge, and shorten its overall lifespan.

You may be able to boost it and get back on the road—but that doesn’t necessarily mean the battery is still healthy. A weakened battery can fail again when you least expect it, especially as temperatures start to drop. 🥶

🔧 If your battery has recently gone completely dead, let us test it! We can check its condition and help determine whether it still has life left or if it’s time for a replacement.
