Product showcase of the week; Engine Block Torque Plate!

Did you know that I carry over 80 different model of engine block torque plate and I am listing new model every month? From Toyota to Ferrari I do them all and if I don't cover your engine I will add it. I have a dedicated machine running on torque plate which allow me to have a very quick turnaround, 95% of torque plate order are shipped within 2 business days.

Torque plate are used to simulate the stress of a fully torqued head for honing. It can also be used at the assembly stage for blueprinting and ring gap measurement/adjustment.

Product showcase of the week; Turbo Coldside Safety Blanket for S400 Framed Turbo

Protect yourself and other with these DeeWorks turbo coldside safety blanket. They will fit around the coldside of any S400 frame based turbo to contain flying parts in case of an impeller exploding due to over-reving or any other catastrophic failure. They will also fit other coldside housing that share close dimension. These are made in-house using Aramid (Kevlar) fabric and Aramid thread. They will be SFI certified as soon as the certification/specification for these is available. Several more size to come!

Customer job highlight of the month; Engine Balance Shaft Eliminator

I was contacted to make a set of custom balancer shaft eliminator kit for a new customer in the USA. He supplied me with his drawing and wanted 3 sets made. These are CNC machined out of 4340HT material which is such a fun material to machine and always yield great surface finish.

Product showcase of the week; Fuel Pump Fl**ge for Waterman Super Sprint Mechanical Fuel Pump.

The available fl**ge for the Waterman Super Sprint fuel pump are mostly Female O'Ring boss based which mean you need an additional fitting over the already expensive fuel pump fl**ge. I have designed a Male version of these fl**ge to eliminate the need of an ORB fitting.

CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, black andized and laser etched, they are available in -10 -12 and -16 size (-16AN will be available early in May) and I also made the Female ORB version in -10 and -12 for those that want to keep their existing fuel system. It's also worth noting that these are much cheaper than the other alternative out there. Comes with bolt and o'ring.

Product showcase of the week; Shift Cut / Strain Gauge Shifter K**b Assembly

After a whole year of testing my Strain Gauge shifter is now ready to be released. This shift k**b has a built-in load cell and amplifier circuit that can interface with almost every programmable ECU to allow for a clutchless shifting. The load cell measure the effort applied to the shift k**b in either direction and transmit this data to the ECU, then voltage limit can be set to trigger ignition cut for a fast gear change when used with dog box transmission.

The load cell need to be supplied with 5VDC from your ECU and will output 2.5V at rest. Pushing or pulling on the k**b will vary the output voltage in either direction so you can fine tune when the ignition cut occurr. Output range is internally regulated from .5 to 4.5 VDC.

The shift k**b top is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum, bright anodized and then laser etched. The k**b lower body is made out of black Delrin, a light yet strong alternative to aluminum. This help keep the weight down while still offerring a good surface to hold. Another huge benefit of the lower delrin body is to prevent any false triggering due to vibration and harmonic of a heavier assembly. The center section that hold all the electronics is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum and clear anodized. The whole shifter assembly only weight 205g with 110g being the outer body.

Several thread option available, and all shifter comes with a LIFETIME warranty for the original buyer.

Product showcase of the week; Turbo Crossbolt Kit for 4" Downpipe (Stainless-Steel)

Mandatory since last year WCF and this year SSPA rules are 3/8" Crossbolt installed post-turbine. This safety requirement will be implemented by most event promoter from now on to prevent exhaust turbine wheel looking to exit the chat in case of a catastrophic turbo failure. It's a safety concern both for the driver and bystander.

This kit is CNC machined out of Stainless Steel and comes with 4 weld-on spacer that are machined for a 4" exhaust diameter on the back side, 2 machined bolt, 2 Stainless fl**ged nut and 4 copper washer. Will fit on a 3.8" to 4.1" OD pipe, otherwise you will run out of thread.

DeeWorks.com is mine!

After 14 years I've finally been able to acquire the DeeWorks.com domain name! It's a bit late to change all my link and merch/logo so it will just redirect to my DeeWorks.ca domain for the time being.

At least the google seach for Deeworks won't bring up as many facepaint and link to "the working lady" as it used to do. Good luck to Miss Spencer Bush for all her future venture, prior owner of the domain name.

Product showcase of the week; Carbon Fiber Strut for Drag Wing or Bumper Spoiler.

I have put together what I think is one of the nicest looking carbon fiber strut kit for drag wing out there. I was not happy with the kit already availale so I made my own combining anodized aluminum hardware with carbon fiber tube to keep the weight down while still being extremely strong.

Each kit comes with the carbon fiber tubing, threaded insert, #10-32 aluminum rod-end, quick release pin and mounting bracket. I also include 7075 black anodized M5 buttons head with matching black aluminum locknut.

I have since updated the tube to a matte twill finish which look much better than the uncoatted fiber pictured.

Product showcase of the week; C02 Bottle Clamp for 2.5 lbs bottle.

This clamp will fit on a 1.5" or 1.625" OD tubing and hold securely a 2.5 lbs C02 bottle. The hand k**b let you replace the bottle without any tool needed. CNC Machined out of 6061, anodized in-house and assembled with zinc plated hardware.
