"Should allow me 10 stars. Called them this morning from Sudbury. Having problems with hot water both gas and electric. Told me to drive around to the back when I got to town. Was able to get to me in 10 minutes. Described the problem and got the immediate solution. Was my error in de winterizing. Missed moving 1 valve correctly. Sent me happily on my way with a smile and wishes for a good journey. Hot showers tonight, not lukewarm. Wife EXTREMELY happy.
