This 2004 Cadillac DeVille was definitely one of those jobs😂

With wiring everywhere, tight access, and the starter sitting right in the middle of the engine, getting the transmission out without pulling the motor was no easy task. Definitely one of the more challenging ones we’ve tackled! 💪

This Cadillac DeVille came in for a transmission swap, and the tight spaces left absolutely no room for error. It was a challenging one, but with a little teamwork, the new transmission is in and this Cadillac is ready to hit the road again. 💪

Remember when I said he prefers working on automatics? Well, today he’s got six standards lined up!

From a New Venture 4500 out of a Dodge diesel getting an upgraded main shaft and 5th gear retention setup, to a T56 for a twin-turbo Corvette getting some serious upgrades to handle the power. We’ve also got a couple of mining Land Cruiser transmissions waiting their turn.

Automatics or standards, it doesn’t matter we’ll take them all on. Just another busy day at Extreme!
