Recently CSN St Clair hosted a Performance Group meeting at it’s location at 856 Confederation. Over 20 top performing shops from the GTA and Southwestern Ontario were in attendance along with industry representatives. The Performance Group meets in the Spring and Fall at host shops. The group spends 2 days in meetings at a local hotel followed by a shop tour. Performance metrics and benchmarking make up a bulk of the meetings along with shops sharing “best practices”. The meeting is facilitated by Akzo Nobel a worldwide automotive coatings provider. This is CSN St Clair’s second hosting event.

We had a little fender bender a few months back. We left the scene of the incident and the first stop we made was at CSN St. Clair Auto because my husband knew they would immediately have some answers to be able to get his Ford pickup truck all fixed up like new again. The first thing they did was give some assurances which definitely calmed the whole situation. I mean, there I was just sitting in a parking lot waiting for my husband who was picking up a couple of things at No Frills when all of a sudden I felt and heard a big crash! My husband got back to the truck and of course all he could see was dollar signs!
Kari at St. Clair Auto, first off, was able to calm the situation. She assured us that the damage could be fixed properly and talked to us about insurance coverage. She was upfront, honest and gave us realistic timelines and she immediately got to work to follow through with her promises. Now it is just a great experience to look back on. Our truck looks like new and we feel great having such a great local business help us out at a very stressful time!
