🚗 We’re Hiring | Office & Customer Experience Lead

Tyler’s Mobile Mechanic is looking for someone who enjoys making decisions and helping a team succeed.

This is a leadership role responsible for converting leads into booked work, managing workflow, keeping customers informed, scheduling repairs, coordinating technicians and parts, and helping drive the growth of the business.

We are looking for someone with at least one of the following.
• Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Professional sales experience (B2B, account management, outside sales, business development, etc.)
• A Business, Commerce, or Accounting degree

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Is highly organized
✔️ Communicates confidently with people
✔️ Can stay calm under pressure
✔️ Enjoys solving problems
✔️ Likes taking ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do

Automotive knowledge is an asset, but not required.

Compensation will be a combination of salary and/or commission depending on experience and the arrangement that best fits both parties

We’re looking for someone who:
🔧 Has automotive repair experience (required)
🔧 Is licensed (preferred)
🔧 Takes pride in their work
🔧 Is reliable and motivated
🔧 Wants to grow with a fast-growing shop

💰 Performance-based pay. Our current full-time technicians typically earn between $1,000–$1,500 per week, depending on productivity and experience.

This Dodge Grand Caravan came in with a persistent ticking sound. Upon inspection, we found a failed rocker arm that had worn the camshaft down over time.

Grooves this deep and literal chips on the face are a major sign that a change was due long ago!

At this point pads probably dont even exist anymore (metal on metal contact).

Day in the life at the shop ↓

Bad ball joint (unsafe)
Brake pad worn down enough it shifts in the bracket
Trailer wiring wrapped around the axle, shorting and blowing fuses

And then… fixing rust like this.

Most of it starts small, it just doesn’t stay that way
