This F-350 6.4L turbo diesel was in for a major repair with a turbo failure, along with reinstalling the transmission and transfer case.

With the cab already off for the job, we also noticed the fan clutch was showing signs of wear.

Since access was already there, it made sense to replace it now instead of putting everything back together and potentially dealing with another repair later.

A big job, a lot of moving parts, and one more truck getting put back together properly. 🔧

The moment we’ve been waiting for... first startup on the Bronco build 🔥🔧

After countless hours in the shop, turning wrenches, chasing parts, and making sure every detail was right, it was finally time to turn the key.

Nothing beats hearing a fresh engine come to life for the first time. All the late nights and hard work paid off when this Bronco fired up and settled into a healthy rumble.

Still lots to do, but this is a huge milestone in the build and we’re one step closer to getting this classic back on the road where it belongs.
