It was a bittersweet day at Pierson Motors on May 31st as we celebrated the retirement of Steve Pearson from his sales position after an incredible 14 years with our team.
For more than a decade, Steve was a familiar face to our customers and a valued member of our family. Through early mornings, late evenings, and countless commutes from North Bruce—often in less-than-ideal winter weather—Steve showed up every day with dedication, professionalism, and a smile.
The good news? We're not saying goodbye entirely! Steve has agreed to stick around a few days each week, helping out with the many behind-the-scenes jobs that keep the dealership running smoothly. While those tasks may sometimes go unnoticed, we can assure you that Steve's efforts never will.
With semi-retirement comes a little more time to enjoy the simple things—slower mornings, coffee on the porch with his wonderful wife Lori, and patiently waiting for the dogs to finish their morning routine.
While our daily hugs may now be limited to just a few days a week, we're grateful we'll still get to see him around the dealership.
Steve, thank you for 14 years of hard work, friendship, loyalty, and laughter. Your contributions to Pierson Motors have been immeasurable, and you've left a lasting mark on all of us. We wish you nothing but happiness, good health, and plenty of well-earned relaxation in this next chapter.
