Mike working hard or (hardly working) on our special clients Jade Green M64/60 3.6L twin-turbo flat six, currently going back together after a full reseal. While the engine was apart we addressed the typical oil leaks these motors develop with age and went through everything carefully before reassembly.

You can see the details starting to come together — fresh zinc-plated hardware throughout, cleaned components, new valve/timing covers and a new set of oem turbos installed. Taking the extra time on the small things makes a big difference once it’s back in the engine bay.

The goal with this one is simple: keep the car correct, reliable, and looking the way a proper air-cooled 993 Turbo should.

Slowly but surely coming back together. Not long before this M64/60 is back where it belongs.

997 GT3RS – Cooling System Overhaul & Clutch Refresh
This RS came in just in time — one coolant line was on the verge of blowing off. We performed a full system service to ensure reliability under extreme use:
• Stainless steel elbows installed for long-term durability
• Coolant lines pinned to eliminate the factory weak point
• Custom in-house coolant connector engineered for a precise seal
• Fresh clutch fitted during the service

Now this GT3RS is not only protected against common coolant failures but also dialed in for consistent performance on road and track.
