The Installation Technician is tasked with working within the installation team, to install various spray booths, preparation stations, paint mixing rooms and to deliver a finished product with the customer experience in mind.
In this role, you must work in the field to complete projects on time and on budget. This is a full-time position with travel required throughout Canada.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the installation team at different locations within Canada.
• Review, coordinate and follow-up with sub trades to keep them on track and on time.
• Order ductwork as required for each job.
• Must be familiar with multiple tools on the job.
• Expense tracking and reporting.
• Logistics coordination of product, contractors and Installation Crews.
• Ability to communicate with customers and sell services and products.
• Company truck for travelling, must have a valid drivers license with a clean record.
• Day to day communication with customers, trades and internally.
• 40+ hour work week with Full benefits.
• Timesheets to be handed in on time for payroll.
• Confirm all Commissioning Reports are received with Filter options for each product.
• You will be evaluated to complete each project on time.
• ·Any other job duties or roles that arise on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
• Looking for a candidate with a background in construction or manufacturing.
• Flexible schedule - Available to travel within Canada for up to 2 weeks at a time.
• Ability to work with sheet metal and lift at least 50lbs.
• Attention to detail and cares about the final product is a must.
• Gas Technician 2 license would be considered an asset. Not a requirement.
• A Secondary School, or higher, education is preferred.
