Our Chevy C60 restoration project at The Revelstoke Garage just reached a new milestone. This fully custom aluminum coolant reservoir, designed and TIG-welded by the exceptional Tylor Sunaert, exemplifies precision, performance, and craftsmanship.

When restoring a heavy-duty classic like the C60, stock components simply won’t do. This bespoke reservoir is engineered for strength, heat efficiency, and seamless integration—built to meet the high demands of a modernized powertrain.

From custom brackets to external fluid level check tubes, every detail was fabricated to elevate both form and function. It’s more than a part—it’s a statement.

Been messing around with a heavier font bumper for the new Ski Doo Gen 5s. This is what I came up with. Will send it out for powder coating soon. If I had a few people interested I could build a batch of them and send then out for powder coating in a colour of your choice.
