SHOPTOBERFEST 2026.

A personal thank you from Cody.

What a night. What a turnout. What a community.

Together, we raised $3,000 for Redcliff Youth Centre , and I can honestly say this was one of the highlights of our year.

When we started Bear Mechanical, I never imagined the friendships, relationships, and community we would build along the way.

We’ve always said we’re more than just a business. We’re community driven. We believe in bringing people together, giving back, and supporting the place we call home.

To everyone who showed up, brought their vehicles, donated, helped out, or simply came to hang out with the Bear Boys, thank you.

You guys are the reason we keep pushing to make things bigger and better every year.

If you’ve followed us for a while, you know our Lightning isn’t your average street truck.

1030 WHP. Full street truck trim. No gutted interior, no stripped-down race truck. Just a whole lot of horsepower in a street truck.

This 2024 single cab embodies Bear Mechanical Republic.

She’s wide in the hips, and with an added 150 hp, bitch can get out the way. (Ludacris reference)

Cummins matched to an Aisin, in for the full treatment. Full delete, NO ECM SWAP. That’s right — no ECM swap needed. We can flip these trucks around in a day and get you back on the road. Starting at $4800

Spring of 2018 we acquired this low-mileage 2001 SVT Lightning.

It already had a fully built engine with a 2.6 Kenne Bell making around 700hp. At the time, that felt insane.

Fast forward season after season, and we quickly learned that race trucks are a difficult hobby.

This truck has tested me in more ways than I can put into words. The stress, the late nights, the money, the setbacks, the tears… and the absolute highs when everything finally comes together.

There were plenty of times I questioned why the hell we kept going. But we did.

Massive thank you to everyone who has had a hand in this truck over the years.

Ryan and Kelsie Ryan Phaff — for the custom parts, fabrication and always helping us figure out how to make this thing work.

Koby Koby Shabtay Palm Beach Dyno — for the unlimited knowledge, support and countless hours behind the keyboard.

And my team at Bear Mechanical — for putting up with this truck, putting in the hours and never giving up on it.

The crew at Richter Performance Modifications Inc. for letting us use their dyno and treating us like family.

As well Fast Forward Race Engines for building an engine that lives at 8500rpm.

From a 700hp street truck in 2018 to 1030 horsepower at the wheels.

We did it.

Now it’s time to stop chasing it for a minute and enjoy every last one of those 1030 horses.
